3 Boys...What a blessing

Tonight I was blessed to be able to watch these 3 sweet boys-Camden (51/2), Christian (4), and Cayson (8 months). Let's just say I had my hands arms full. Cayson loves to be held. Anytime I would put him on the full to play he would play for a little bit then realize he wanted to be loved on. Camden and Christian both played rowdy! But what else did I expect when you have 2 boys around the same age? I didn't. I was ready for the fun.

Chris and Tabitha both thought I was insane for wanting to watch their blessings tonight. I told them I was prepared and perparing myself for when I have babies one day. So for now their blessings were my only shot at doing so.

We put puzzles together, played chutes & ladder, scrabble, and connect four! Lets just say they were cheating like crazy but it didn't really matter. I lost in all the games by the way! We ate cookies, drank milk, and watched movies. I missed American Idol tonight but I had too much fun with the boys that I didn't even realize what time it was.

My arms feel like jello from Cayson falling asleep so I'm guessing thats where Tabitha gets her muslces. I would watch those 3 sweet boys again any day. They were so full of life and love for each other. This is one sweet family with God working in their lives everyday!

How'd you spend your Tuesday night?

The Bachelor - My pick

Enough said!

I can't wait for the finale of The Bachelor to see if I'm right!

Not Me Monday!

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

Monday I did not call out from work because I wanted to stay home and play with Haley. My boss did not believe me the next morning that I was "sick" because I had asked to have MLK Jr. day off anyways but she wouldn't allow me. Well she would have if I desperately needed it off but I only asked once.

I did not order a desktop organizer for all the crap important things I need here at work. It wasn't $80 either and my boss did not tell me to order it since we're not getting raises again this year. I was not questioned by the man who releases all of our orders why I needed something that cost so much.

I am not MckMama's best friend in the whole entire world! We did not email and send direct messages to one another on Wednesday night. I was not totally excited and jumping out of my skin! Really MckMama knows I exist y'all! Whats not to love and be excited about!

I did not eat dinner with my best friend at Chili's on Wednesday night either. We did not have such an amazing time catching up with each others lives. She did not tell me that the last time she ever had her tires checked out and brakes looked at was in 2003. And she certainly would not have told me that the automotive man said that if she was his daughter she would not be driving off his lot without new tires or brakes! God bless her and be with my sweet friend.

I have not stayed on top of Kelly and Jenna's blog about their 2 week babies born days from each other. They have not had such great news to report to us bloggers. I have not been so emotional for their two families that every time I see they have posted a new update that I tear up and get chills all over my body. That would just be too insane.

I certainly would never imagine I was going on a tropical cruise with the MckFamily(minus the 3 older kids) while smoothing fresh coconut milk and roasted almonds blended with Hawaiian honey, vanilla mousse, and precious musks body butter. Why would I even want to live vicariously through MckMama when I have my own life to live.

I did not blog about Shelley and her husband trying to get help from fellow bloggers to bring baby Claire home from Korea! I have not checked her blog every day to see how much money she has left to raise.If you haven't checked out her blog yet she's giving away a Rebel Prize plus being able to make their family whole!

While at Wasabi for a friends birthday party, our cook did not catch himself on fire when he lit the volcano! It was not the funniest thing I had seen in such a long time. You could tell this cook did not like his job and was not having a blast. He did not start throwing rice all over me and my brother Josh and he did not throw the chicken at my face for me to catch it in my mouth! I did not leave overstuffed with my jaws hurting from smiling and laughing too much!

So what did you not do this week? Make sure you follow the new rules where you can read them here.

28 degrees in Florida?

This morning I woke up and was too cold to get out of bed. This cold front needs to leave, seriously! I know I live in Florida and have all 23 years of my life and all you Northerners are probably laughing but it was so cold! I even had ice on my car. Even after my mom poured water on my windshield it was still there.

Of course I had to take a picture to have "proof" that Florida get cold too.

And inside my car this was what the temperature said-28 degrees! Aghh this is way out of my comfort zone. But I do love it when I'm able to curl up with AJ, watch a movie by the fire and sip on hot chocolate! Unfortunately he's back in Telford, PA in even colder weather. So why am I complaining? At least its not in the - degrees like where MckMama lives.

By the way, MckMama has had one-on-one conversations with me lately! How incredibly exciting is that? I Twitter and I also use SwagBucks as my search engine. And if you've followed me on Twitter (JennaKeenan) you would have seen that I posted a picture that when I searched for MyCharmingKids I won 1 buck. Ok so Swagbucks is sponsored through Google and when you use Swagbucks as your search engine periodically you'll win a buck! Well MckMama I guess saw I won a buck looking up her blog and wanted to know HOW and WHY her blog that I won a buck! So I explained it to her through Twitter and our gmail accounts~! I even have proof! I feel like MckMama is my best friend because I'm constantly talking about her with AJ and all the people around me. Whats not to like love about MckMama and her MSC!

I know what my Not Me Monday will be about!

Baby Claire

Remember when MckMama had the Rebel For A Cause Raffle-Way? Well she's giving away another Canon digital SLR!!!! Can you believe that? I know I had to read her post a few times before I could comprehend what she was talking about. So here's the deal: Shelley and her husband are adopting a little girl (Claire) from Korea. We all know adoptions are a little pricey so lets help bring Claire home! They need $25,000 to finish paying AAC Adoption and Family Network, Inc. and I believe that we can do this. So please visit her blog and enter for your chance to win a bunch of cool prizes!

Not only if you win do you get the Canon digital SLR but you also get a Brand New Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home Shoulder Camera Bag in Brown/Oatmeal/Lt. Olive (visit Crupler Bags), A Cotton Candy by Natalie Camera Strap made by Natalie- designer on Etsy!

How exciting. I bet your jumping out of your skin right now because I know I am. Please hurry on over to Shelley's blog and read more of what happens when you donate!

NOT ME MONDAY!

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

*Inspired by Many Small Children

It's already Monday again! That means it's time to admit to y'all what I would never dare to do. If you'd like to play along go visit MckMama's page for the complete rules and you will find more who have admitted what they did not do too! It's a great way to relieve stress and laugh at others who made a complete fool out of themselves.

This past week you would not have found me on a date with AJ at The Melting Pot. I was not wanting to try the fondue experience. Our waitress did not ask us what type of dessert we wanted and then bring out a plate of strawberries, bananas, rice krispies, marshmellows,cheesecake, and brownie bites.

The manager did not walk by our table to see me licking the chocolate off the spoon making sure that I did not leave any behind. He did not proceed to say," Oh don't be ashamed I do the same thing." We did not over stuff ourselves that by the time we got home I was in bed by 9.

Friday was not my Dad's 50th birthday! I did not have such a migraine that even though I was taking a half day my manager told me just to stay home. I do not like to leave my job with things undone so I was not adamant to come in. I did not come home dry heaving. That's not the worst feeling in the world. AJ did not take care of me then leave me to meet with his brother for lunch while I took a nap.

On Saturday, we could not get my dad out of the house. SERIOUSLY!!! He did not smack his hand with a hammer at work the day before and felt like doing nothing. My mom did not tell him that he had to be out of the house by 10:30 so that my sister and I could decorate his cake. He was not allowed back home until 12:15. We all thought my dad knew we had something planned but the surprise went well. I did not forget to take pictures of his 50th birthday party. That's true too!

Haley did not talk to me by my first name today-Jenna. Yikes! I love how she calls me "Enna."

I have not constantly been in prayer for Harper. Kelly went into the hospital Friday morning ready to hold her sweet baby girl Harper but to find out that she could not breath very good on her own. Kelly has had so many people pray for her which is amazing! Harper is doing so much better. Please visit Kelly's page to find out more about Harper and their family of 3.

I hate to have to wake up so early tomorrow to take AJ to the airport. I don't like it when he's not around. We actually have gone on a few dates. Its not easy being with someone you love but lives so far away. But we've made it almost 2 years this April!

What did you not do this week?

just an update of Haley

I realized tonight I hadn't posted any recent pictures of Haley since I haven't seen her in about 3 weeks. This was taken tonight while we watched the Wiggles and colored. Oh did I mention Haley loves going through my purse specifically my wallet. This was her showing me she had my change in her hand. Then proceeded to say,"I'm going shopping with Enna's money."

My sister and her husband went to Bowling Green, Fl to release Daniel Crew's sophomore cd. I bought one today and have already listened to it. It's an amazing cd of hymns with an awesome piano player. If anyone is looking to buy one they are $15.00 at www.danielcrews.com

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On another note, AJ and I went out to look for a VHS player for my house. Yeah I know there so outdated but why in the world do stores not have them just by themselves instead of dvd/vhs? So instead of buying the VHS player We bought her 3 dvds to watch. If you know anywhere that sells the VHS played please let me know!
Harper Brown Stamps
Please be in prayer for Kelly, Scott and Harper. Harper was born last night at 7:03 weighing 9 lbs and 12 oz. She was having trouble breathing so they took Harper to NICU. She is actually doing so much better and does not have to have the bypass which the doctors were going to do unless she started to get better. Her mom, Kelly, is on her way to the hospital they transported Harper to last night. Please continue to pray for the Stamps family. Kelly continues to update her blog as much as she can so if you'd like to read more please visit her page.
Barefoot MedSpa
As I was about to lock up the doors for the close of business hours today at work these 2 ladies came walking in. To my surprise they were not soliciting stuff I could care less about, instead they were selling 3 days at this spa. The good part about it, it's worth $500 but they were selling them for $60! Holy smokes! Ok so whats the catch? NOTHING!
My first visit I get the Petite Spa Facial. This is a 30 minute session. It helps cleanse skin, skin analysis, gentle exfoliation, mask, toning, and moisturize.
2nd visit is the 30 minute Upper Body Massage. Its a skin deep relation with this neck, back, and shoulder Swedish Massage. What could be more relaxing than that?
And the 3rd visit is my choice of Acupuncture or Microdermabrasion. I could never imagine the acupuncture so I will definitely be getting the microdermabrasion. This is a skin-smoothing treatment that goes beyond the normal facial by physically exfoliating the surface of my skin to bear perfection using tiny micro-particles. Microdermabrasion, normally done as part of a series, can diminish acne, scarring, sun damage, fine lines and return my skin to a healthy youthful glow without use of chemicals!
I'm super excited about my day at the spa that I have 4 months to use!
Not Me! Monday
It's Monday again which means time to be brutally honest with everyone. Let's hear what you did not do this past week. To read the rules go to MckMama's blog.
I did not check the weather constantly this past week to see when it was going to rain. I was not anticipating my car to get clean from all the rain. The meteorologist was completely right about lots of rain ALL day long when we only had rain for about 10 minutes. My car is shining brightly now! Nope, not me!
I would never stay up until midnight to watch the Gators win the BCS National Championship when I have to work the following day. I would never go into work on Friday to see my manager dress in Gator pants, Gator long sleeve shirt, Gator short sleeve shirt, and a Gator vest! She would never break company policy to support her Gators! We did not leave work for 30 minutes to buy our National Championship shirts before they were all sold out! Nope, not me us!
I certainly would never take someone's driving test because they didn't have time to take it. I mean who would even want to sit in front of a computer all day long for 4 hours to do that? I'm only getting paid $15 to do this which beats not getting paid at all. Nope, not me!
I would never let my phone die on my way to work knowing thats how I talk to AJ throughout our days. It was fully charged from the day before so it couldn't have been dying already. I certainly would not be irresponsible and let my car run while charging my phone. I did not spend 20 minutes inside at my desk watching my car so no one would steal it. My phone did not finally die 4 hours later and I was not too lazy to go outside to charge it again. Nope, not me!
I have not waited ALL season for The Bachelor to start again and it was not me who sat in bed enjoying Ferrero Rochers while Jason met the 25 women. I was not annoyed by all the women who were saying, "I can't wait to be Ty's mother" ughh who would say that to someone they just met! CRAZY! Nope, not me!
I would never sit in front of my work computer all day long refreshing MckMama's blog so she would hit 3,000,000 hits. I did not forget to refresh my screen and miss the 3,000,000th mark by 87 hits! Darn the luck! Congrats again MckMama! Nope, not me!
Go Gators!
That's right! You're eyes are not messing up on you. This picture was taken after Timmy did a rally in Starke, Fl at Bradford High School. My BIL, Joe, is the high school pastor/executive pastor at FBC, Starke and for 18 months planned this huge back to school rally. 107 young people and adults gave their lives to Christ. If you'd like to read more on what Joe said about Timmy visit www.floridabaptistwitness.com and click on Starke. Joe was also interviewed by Fox Sports and it was on the pregame show! How exciting!!!!
Haley saw her Daddy on tv and kept telling everyone around her,"thats my Daddy, it's my Daddy!" Such a sweet girl!
It is not the 4th quarter of the BCS game and the score currently is 17-14 FLORIDA!!! We just intercepted the ball too with 9:59 seconds left to play!
In other words..... GO GATORS....GO GATORS...GO GATORS COME ON GATORS GET UP AND GO!
Not Me Monday!
Is it really Monday again? Do I really have to go back to work after being off for the past 5 days? Shoot on over to MckMama's page who is home of the Not Me Monday's where we all confess to what we really did not do.
This is not my second attempt to write my Not Me Monday post. I did not try to type it in WORD on the airplane then to have my laptop die on me. I was not able to see that my laptop was indeed dying because I was not busy multitasking! After my laptop died (in the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour flight) I was not watching The Italian Job on my iTouch and it did not die either! So what in the world was I to do to occupy my time? I did not pull out the book that AJ got me for my birthday and be consumed with everything it was not telling me to help me learn to have a better relationship. I am not enjoying my relationship with AJ anymore than I could be. We have not had an amazing time with each other either. Nope, Not Me...
I did not leave work early on New Years Eve to catch a flight to go visit AJ. I also did not see Vin Diesels look alike sitting 3 seats away from me in the terminal. And He did not end up sitting right next to me on the plane. Why would a guy like him want a middle seat anyway? I wasn't going to give up my window seat head rest for him to enjoy the first 40 minute flight to Tampa.
I couldn't have been excited about God blessing me with snow while I was in Telford, PA! Who in the world would enjoy being in snow? It was not the most beautiful sight that I remember when it did not snow in Florida back in 1989! I was not only 3 years old and I do not remember that day to a tee! My parents did not dress my brothers, sister and myself with layers of clothing and socks for gloves then either. When I finally got all my clothes on I did not say on camera, "Mommy I have to go pee." I did not relive that day while I watched the snow fall. Nope, not me...
I did not go to the mall with AJ's sister to return a few items that she got for Christmas. And I did not almost slip in the parking lot due to the snow ice on the ground. I did not manage to catch myself from falling. Who wears heels in the snow anyways? Not me!!! Nope, not me...
Of course I did not spend New Years with AJ, his brother, and mom in their basement playing Hit the Deck and Phase 10! We did not have such a great time that AJ almost forgot to kiss me at midnight! I definitely can wait to see what this year has in hold for my future with AJ. Nope, not me...
AJ and I did not go see Marley & Me on Saturday night to have bawled our eyes out at the end of the movie. I mean I was not hysterically sobbing. Who cries like a baby in a movie theater? I also certainly did not hear others sniffing back the snot running out of their noses. Gross!!! Nope, not me...
